The Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your Wrapped Studios order for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we’ll make it right. For refunds, the wrapping paper must be returned in new, unused condition, as the full roll. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your paper, we’ll provide a full refund. Please note that every roll is custom-printed on demand specifically for your order. Because colors and vibrancy can sometimes appear differently on computer or phone screens, we highly recommend ordering smaller first to see the true colors in person if exact color matching is critical for your event.
Our hope is that this guarantee is used the way it’s intended, if something genuinely isn’t right or you’re truly disappointed. We’re a small business, and every return has a real cost on our side.
We are transparent about our premium pricing up front because we focus on high quality materials, state of the art printing, and original designs. If you give us that same good faith, we will take care of you. We still believe in doing business the old fashioned way where the customer is always right.
