We want you to love your Wrapped Studios order. If you’re not happy for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If your paper arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know. We stand behind our products, and we’ll take care of it.
Color, Finish, or a Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a design, color, or finish simply isn’t right once you see it in person.
You’re welcome to return the wrapping paper in new, unused condition as the full roll. For these returns, you are responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If your order received free shipping, the shipping cost we paid to send the order will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the paper, we’ll refund the remaining merchandise amount.
Considering a Larger Order?
Colors can look different from one screen to another, and matte and glossy finishes can change how a design appears in person. If color or finish is especially important, we encourage you to order a sample before purchasing Large, XL, or multiple rolls.
To make sampling easier, purchase a full roll of the same design within 30 days and we’ll credit the price of one sample toward your purchase. Just contact us with your sample order number and we’ll take care of it.
