If you’re not happy with your Wrapped Studios order for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we’ll make it right. For refunds, the wrapping paper must be returned in new, unused condition, as the full roll. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your paper, we’ll provide a full refund.
Our hope is that this guarantee is used the way it’s intended—if something genuinely isn’t right or you’re truly disappointed. We’re a small business, and every return has a real cost on our side.
We are transparent about our premium pricing up front because we focus on high quality materials and original designs. If you give us that same good faith, we will take care of you. We still believe in doing business the old fashioned way where the customer is always right.
