Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer one shipping option:
United States Shipping
- Orders under $60.00 USD: $9.99 USD (2-5 business days)
- Orders $60.00 USD and over: FREE (2-5 business days)
Canada Shipping
- Orders under $100.00 USD: $19.99 USD (7-14 business days)
- Orders $100.00 USD and over: $9.99 USD (7-14 business days)
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's delivery status with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed reasonably beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@wrappedstudios.com and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can't be made after placing your order. This is due to our automated order processing. You may use the USPS or Asendia website to make changes yourself after shipping process has started.
